Critical artist and Death Kiss Squadron release an onslaught of venom aimed at a snake in the industry. Its clear from this angry lyrical outing that you dont wanna vex the two rappers. Wouldnt wanna be on the receiving end of this backlash. The beat is a hypnotically orchestral infusion with dark string/synth stabs, punching kick drums and lethal snare shots. The chorus/break features actual phone conversation audio of a particular “MC” apparently lying himself into a corner. Almost pitifully hilarious. Critical takes a laidback approch to the vocals, switching up flows in places, sounding like a member of insane clown posse with his bars, whilst Death Kiss Squadron spit bars with an angst and punk rock edge to their lyrics. All in all this is a powerful diss track, and can be directed at multiple industry snakes in its interpretation. Saying that, whoever this is intended for… wouldnt wanna be you.
