The Demon Dubsteppa, North West London MC Fugzi Malone returns with the follow up to to the Fatality LP with the new blood-curdling L.P “Carrie White”. The mixtape kicks off with an intense excerpt from the film itself before storming in to the title track produced by Swifta Beater. Fugzi goes in on the up-tempo grime beat, laden with horror-style strings and a menacing, pounding beat, as he displays energetic flows and lyrical prowess with witty punchlines, referencing Kane (Wrestling) and fire in regards to red and black attire he opts to wear.
‘Bundy Flowstyle’ features Fugzi going on psycho on a Filthy Gears, beat, laden with screeching synths, ideal for slashers and horror films of the 70s/80s. Fugzi delivers lyrical murder on the track, bringing carnage to all rivals. Fugzi throws several flowstyles on the new L.P, including the ‘Who Am I? Flowstyle’ which features terrifically written bars from the North West emcee, as he spits facetious bars about his credentials in the grime scene, switching his stance half way through. He has a ferociousness behind his bars on the booming, orchestral grime production.
Fugzi gives rival emcee’s the third degree on the thudding ‘Twenty One Seven Flowstyle’ delivering some outrageous punchlines. ‘Keeping It Simple Flowstyle’ features skippy flows from Fugzi and more clever wordplay, and he also unleashes the demon vfx that he is notorious for. ‘Red Hood Flowstyle’ is aptly named due to his preference for red and black clothing. Another Filthy Gears production, Fugzi goes in on the monstrous, heavyweight beat, ravaging the beat and any and all competition.
Fugzi signs out on the L.P with a false sense of tranquillity, another excerpt from the Carrie film, before things get frightening!
