Izzie Gibbs joined DJ Cameo recently for a brand new #GimmeGrime freestyle session on BBC Radio 1Xtra, as the Invasion Alert/Dice Recordings affiliated mc steps up alongside artists including Grimey MicPol, Cadell, Weirdoe, Rampage, Rawza and Statz. Izzie kicked off proceedings with ferocious delivery over old skool style Grime production, setting the pace for the rest of the crew inside, as the set goes on to to deliver hype barring, hard-edged lyricism, and a lot of hype flows, skippy flows, wheel up bars, headhsot bars towards rival competition and much more in a thunderous session. Everyone had differing styles which made this session ever more intriguing, as well as Cameo’s beat selection as always complemting the mc’s inside.
