South London Rapper Henney (7257 G.LANE), just recently released a new music video, directed by Flash Johnson via GRM Daily, for his own remix of US artist Tay-K’s smash hit ‘The Race’. Henney goes in on the pounding and melodic production by Shawn Young aka S. Diesel, laying down hard-edged lyrics about his own care-free way of life, throwing in some bars aimed at rivals in the game as well as some clever wordplay too. With gully flows and bars fitting of the track, Henney serves up a brilliant remix here, even going as far as to shout out Tay-K, demanding the incarcerated rapper be released.
