HOOCHINOO are excited to announce a very special musical event they are holding at Madame Jojo’s, Soho.
The night will feature THEM&US, a collaboration between legendary beatbox ‘renegade of style’ Killa Kela and singer Ami Carmine. This is their first ever live performance of currently unreleased music, their set will also include an exclusive Dj/Beatbox showcase from the duo. The night also features the best in UK Hip Hop and alternative from Essa & Mr Thing, Mystro aka MysDiggi and the gangsta-nerd duo Tigermonkey. Get ready for an energy charged evening of music that is not to be missed..
THEM&US consists of the extraordinary multivocalist Killa Kela and singer Ami Carmine. Backed by production work of James Rushent (The Prodigy) The duo are debuting and performing brand new tracks exclusively at Hoochinoo, so make sure you come down and bare witness, this is going to be explosive.

ESSA (previously Yungun) will be performing debut tracks from “Time For Something New” plus favourites from “The Essance” and “Grown Man Business”, alongside DJ Mr Thing. With a new label and new(ish!) name comes a new musical direction… Essa spans a variety of musical styles, combining soulful sounds with latin-fuelled bass and minimal, claustrophobic club beats, without ever abandoning his hip-hop roots.
MYSTRO aka MysDiggi is a seasoned lyricist who has been mastering his craft for some years now becoming your favourite UK rappers favourite UK rapper having influenced many in his years as an MC and if you didn’t know, you will when you see him live performing songs off his debut LP Mystrogen.
TIGERMONKEY is vocalist Madeleine Dunbar and producer/vocalist Guy Katsav. Their unlikely yet perfect pairing led to the birth of ‘Gangsta-nerd’ and the band are planning to release their debut album this year featuring musicians such as Sway, Foreign Beggars, Man Like Me, Killa Kela and Bluey Robinson.
