North London’s 19 year old emcee/rapper and actor Lil Simz, releases her debut mixtape entitled ‘Blank Canvas’. Even at the tender age of 19, this young lady has already performed at BBC Hackney Weekend, started in E4’s TV series Youngers and even performed with the likes of Estelle, Tinie Tempah and Ms Dynamite. Blank canvas is a fresh, innovative project form one of the UK’s promising musical talents. Well worth a download if you want to hear uncensored creativity and something other than the norm! Great debut project, impressive stuff from an artist who already seems to know the direction she is going in.
