Grime artist Trilla hooks up with P110 to release the crazy visuals for his latest banger “Lord Of The Mics”. Trilla goes ham over a gully, electro, breakbeat style dubby grime instru, lettin off lyrical shots at rivals in his own lil personal vendetta and statement of greatness, considering himself a Lord Of The Mic. On the evidence displayed here, the way Trilla skips gleefully from flow to flow, spittin triples, multies and switching up the delivery all over the riddim, having fun with the bars at the expense of any MC in his way, who would disagree with Trilla’s confidence. Its a “Shutdown ting” all round as Trilla sprays punchline after punchline duppying the beat. Love the bar where Trilla delays his bars, and references his pause stating “I start the 8 even later, and make the 8 even greater”, one of the many examples of Trilla enjoying himself and revelling in his ability and playful lyrical slaughter.
