DEATH KISS MEDIA COMMENTS:

Straight from the off with opening track “For The Ones Who Care”, you can sense the energy and madness of P Money’s performance, and he puts as much energy in to his lyrics and performance as he would if he was performing in front of a crowd.

P Money has always been nice with flow and “#MAD” just showcases more of this, and the way he puts all of his lyrics together, including punchlines and metaphors, and clever wordplay. This mixed with the choruses that are not weak at all, and as energetic as his verses, means each track keeps the listener interested and drawn in, and we guarantee you that you will have your arms thrown in the air, bouncing and screaming. The way he constructs each song with each element of his arsenal is masterful and a joy to hear.

The beat selction and production is well thought out, and each and every beat fits P’s energetic style. Expect hard hitting Grime and Dubstep on the “#MAD” mixtape, including production from Preditah, and also remixes of Baauer’s Harlem Shake, Higher, Bring In The Katz, Forgive Me and Ahh Peak. “#MAD” also includes a “Madnam Style” remix of Psy’s “Gangnam Style”.

This mixtape is timeless, and as long as the fans want enrgy-fuelled, raving mad Dubstep or Grime, then P Money’s futurisitc Dubstep style is going to go far, and he will be performing at more and more festivals.

There isn’t much of a concept for “#MAD”, except that P Money is promoting his new event nights of the same name, so he has got the branding down to tee which is genius, he is tapping in to the music fans, giving them more great music to listen to. The artwork is simple and not too flash, but the music speaks for itself.

P Money is one of the originators of Grime, and ofcourse Dubstep, being one of the only Grime artists to rep Dubstep to the fullest, and he is getting recognition on the Dubstep scene for his performances and sheer talent, he is definitely a star in the making.
