UKG MC Midas took to his official soundcloud to release a moving tribute song for Garage legend MC Sparks, who sadly passed away last weekend. The poignant track, recorded over emotively melodic instrumental, “Clubbin” (originally by Marques Houston), sees Midas pay his heartfelt respects to not only an industry colleague, but one of his close friends. Midas flows smoothly over the guitar laden backing music, pouring his heart out, talking of projects they were working on, the help Sparks gave to him during his career. The chorus is fitting ode to not only a popular artist but a delightful character and great person and Midas connects the emotion of the subject matter in the only way a true artist and songwriter could.
