Ability MC takes to Datpiff to release “The Abstract Aleyen”, stated as his favourite project yet. The project deals with the concepts of identity and originality, with the title of the tape just alone using Aleyen as a metaphor for the identity crisis which you may experience whether you are a rapper or not, and Ability MC explores that particular theme in many of the tracks on the project. Ability MC showcases his more philosophical rhymes on the mixtape, as well as his wordplay skills here and there, whilst the production, by Afta-1, Herzeloyde, Gravez, Oshi and many more tends to have a worldly, ambient feel to it, the production and style of the music spanning Hip Hop, Trap and even R&B. Listening the some of the tracks too, Ability MC could be likened to a UK version of Kendrick Lamar at times, certainly with the delivery and flows he sometimes displays.
