East London Grime emcee’s Footsie and Chronik, repping Newham Generals and SlewDem respectively, both joined DJ Cameo on his UKG Show on BBC Radio 1Xtra recently for a #GimmeGrime freestyle session. Handling their own lyrically, dumping bars on some hard beats from Trap to Grime, lyrically murdering guys in the booth. Chronik switched the flow, speeding up in parts, but both linked well, trading bars with each other, getting in to the swing of things towards the half way in, hyping up with one-line flows, showcasing superb barring skill.
