This one is a Bloodline/BBK link up which is why when I heard this at first time nostalgia kicked in, taking me back to the old Meridian days. Meridian Dan is joined by fellow Bloodline member Big H and BBK ceo JME, both of whom were in Meridian Crew together. The track entitled “German Whip” is a Trap-inspired production which sees Meridian Dan spit hard bars with a cool delivery and smooth flow, hard-hitting at the same time, whilst Big H drops some sick bars as usual and JME gives you heavyweight lines with great wordplay. All three bring something different to the track which also features Dan on the simple but great hook nonetheless, and this track will stand the test of time as long as flash cars in fashion. Check out the visuals which is filmed like a dream state from Meridian Dan’s perspective at first, seeing all three artists bring out their best whips, and at the end Dan is waken up in his Ford, symbolising that he was dreaming about the whips that he wanted, although I doubt they haven’t got one of those yet.
